Demolition and Environmental consulting

When it comes to pre-demolition consulting- experience and reliability are critical qualities when your resources are on the line and every dollar counts. With new companies popping up and going out of business and in a high turnover industry such as construction you need a consultant that you know will be there for you before and after the project as well as down the road for future projects.
Go with Experience: Wayne Contractors has stood behind every client for over 30 years providing critical information that could make or break the project, from environmental consulting and surveying to alternative demolition means, sometimes the job may require thinking outside the box to meet budgets and funding amounts. With over site on almost every project from Randy Wayne or Jordan Wayne, you can trust you will have the experience behind you to make sure the project can not only be finished but finished with in budget and on time.
Go with Reliability: It’s that same over site that has provided the reliability to our clients that allows Wayne Contractors to work for them over and over again. Especially when it comes public relations sensitive projects such as The City of Cincinnati’s “Community Enhancement Demolitions” or Neyer Properties’ time sensitive developments to make sure there tenants are settled in there buildings on time every time.

The End…20 Years ago
Jordan Wayne, 3, waves goodbye as the Dent drive-in screen bites the dust. The nearly 40-year-old outdoor theatre was demolished June 13 1989 by Wayne Excavating and Demolition to make way for a new Green Township administration complex. Randy Wayne, Jordan’s father and demolition crew supervisor, remembers when the Dent was in its heyday and summer movie viewers lined up and down Harrison Avenue waiting to get in. He said he never thought he’d be the one tearing it down. The new township complex planned for the 13-acre site will house the police department, a fire station and administration offices. Construction should begin in spring 1990.
20 years later: Jordan Wayne is still currently working for Wayne Contractors as the head of operations. (He still occaionally waives goodbye to buildings…)
On Banker Dr. in Fairfield, Jordan Wayne of Wayne Contractors operates an excavator to load debris from a demolished house into a truck on Thursday afternoon. Many houses in the Banker Dr. area, which were oftern damaged by annual flooding, are being demolished. They were purchased by the city of Fairfield with the help of a federal grant.
